What is the deadline for booking a stand?
Final stand booking deadlines have not yet been confirmed by Messe München. Published timelines will be updated once the final floorplan and stand builder deadlines are finalized.
Has the final exhibition area size been confirmed?
Not yet. We are currently finalizing the overall area allocation and floorplan with Messe München and our stand builder.
What is included in an edge lab LIVE! stand package?
edge lab LIVE! offers flexible, turnkey stand packages designed to deliver strong value for exhibitors. Packages may include exhibition space, branding, marketing exposure, workshop opportunities, and event support based on your goals and booth size.
Can you share the Hall C5 floorplan?
The final Hall C5 floorplan is still in development as exhibitor placements are finalized. Preliminary layouts will be shared once available.
Where is the edge lab LIVE! exhibition area located?
edge lab LIVE! is located within Hall C5 at Messe München, a dedicated area for embedded and edge technologies as part of electronica 2026.
What is the Mandatory Communication Fee?
The Mandatory Communication Fee is a required Messe München administrative and media fee for all exhibitors. It includes exhibitor directory listings, online and mobile listings, and exhibitor search visibility. This fee is already included in edge lab LIVE! exhibition packages.
