Out of the Lab and into the Field
Join embedded developers, maintainers, and engineers working with Zephyr for a morning of technical talks and practical discussion. This is a place to share how Zephyr behaves beyond the getting-started guide: on real hardware, in development workflows, and in deployed products.
Engineers and community contributors from any organization are welcome. Explain what you built or investigated, the trade-offs involved, what worked, and what you would change. A live demonstration is welcome when it helps tell the technical story.

Proposal details →Submit a proposal
A useful proposal starts with a specific engineering problem and ends with something the audience can apply. Send a talk, demonstration, or short experience report.
Proposals will be considered for relevance, clarity, useful takeaways, and the range of perspectives represented. Talks should teach or share experience. Product references are welcome when they serve the technical story.
A working title and a short, public-facing abstract suitable for the agenda.
The problem or question, your approach, and what attendees will learn.
Your preferred format: talk, demonstration, or short experience report.
Name, organization, brief biography, and contact information.
Any hardware, software, connectivity, room, or accessibility requirements.
The proposal form and submission dates are pending organizer confirmation. Proposals cannot be submitted from this page yet.
